During our wedding, we pulled out all stops to make a fun and enjoyable day for both our children and the other children, their friends, who attended on the day. One thing I would do again, without a second thought, is Face Painting by Suzie. So many children took advantage of the opportunity on the day and it brought a world of joy the them all.
It is always awesome to support local business and, in this case, the most magnificent of micro-businesses with this amazing service being provided by a local Mum with an awesome talent far beyond anything I could ever conjure. She has a skill that is worth taking advantage of.
Suzie has a welcoming and loving personality that just drew the children in. The queue was apparently very much worth it as children came away nought but smiles. A woman of many talents, her experience as a capable mother is apparent in the way she deals with her VIP clients.
The best things about working with Suzie is that she was clear on the information that she needed beforehand and what she expected from us by way of resourcing. In preparing this post I asked Jeremy about his interactions with her prior to the wedding ceremony. She was so discrete and professional that Jeremy does not recall even seeing her, let alone needing to answer any questions. She simply acted diligently with the information we provided and asserted common sense. Brilliant stuff!
She has a delightful approach that certainly rubbed me the right way and I am desperately seeking an excuse to use her services again. I noticed she had some sample work on her Facebook page that looked like it would be perfect for a masquerade ball. (I am thinking milestone birthday.) You should have a look see at her services yourself, she is a talent that you should not look past for your next birthday or event. Her Facebook page is Face Painting by Suzie where she has many examples of her work.
Amazing value, quality service and fantastic attitude. I couldn’t recommend Suzie Squirrel more.
